【記者郭玉屏台北報導】民進黨總統參選人蔡英文28日說，對於宇昌案，總統馬英九或前經建會主委劉憶如還是拒絕認錯、不肯反省，她也擔心選舉剩下的時間，「他們會不會再做一樣的事情」。「「

蔡英文為宇昌案向劉憶如等人求償，台北地方法院判決劉憶如應賠償新台幣200萬元。總統府人士則說，宇昌案是政治道德問題，該說明清楚有沒有利益迴避的人，絕不是總統馬英九。

蔡英文28日出席「全國廣播電台後援會成立大會」，她受訪指出，宇昌案的問題，檢察官已詳細調查，所有問題都已釐清，事實已呈現。

蔡英文表示，總統或劉憶如的講法，還是拒絕認錯、不肯反省，尤其是在這案子當中，對台灣產業、對台灣民主造成的傷害，「還沒有看出他們願意認錯、反省的態度」，讓人非常失望。

蔡英文認為，國民黨主席朱立倫也採取迴避態度，事情到這種程度，還採取不檢討、不認錯、迴避的態度，她也有點擔心，這次選舉剩下的時間，「他們會不會重覆再做一樣的事情」。2015/10/28
